We are looking for a Social Worker, who will bring to this role high quality and effective social work support, delivering excellent strengths based assessment, intervention, care planning and Social Work service to people with learning disabilities. </p> <p>This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.</p> <p><strong>All About You</strong></p> <p>We are looking for someone who holds DIPSW, CQSW, BA, BSC or MA in Social Work or equivalent and registered with Social Work England with a minimum 2 years checkable experience.</p> <p>The Ideal candidate will possess a good working knowledge of local care and support resources/options for adults with learning disabilities and their carers and where to find these.</p> <p>You will have an excellent and demonstrable knowledge of relevant social care and health legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guides.
