The Headteacher and the Governing Body seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic teacher to join this popular and successful Junior School who is fully supportive of our Catholic ethos and mission. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic upper KS2 teacher to join our caring, hard-working team.
The successful candidate must be an excellent practitioner and will need to provide our pupils with an outstanding education, as well as providing a strong and effective leadership to staff and building positive relationships.
We are seeking a candidate who has an organised and methodical approach to work. They can demonstrate a passion for continual improvement and achievement, with an ability to inspire the confidence of pupils, parents and colleagues with their enthusiasm and commitment to the role. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead a subject in school.
In addition, you will:
- Be an excellent team player, who is highly organised;
- Have good understanding of developing and delivering a quality primary curriculum and learning experience;
- Have a flexible, fair and empathic approach and will be able to meet the changing needs of our children;
- Have high expectations of pupils and be committed to the school's aim of achieving excellent outcomes for all learners;
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to build effective and positive relationships with both pupils, parents and staff;
- Have the ability to develop excellent working relationships across the school, providing support, guidance and inspiration to all staff;
- Have a strong belief that every child is unique and can, and should, achieve their maximum potential.
