Job Title: Social Worker

Starting Salary: £35,745 with the opportunity to progress to £39,186 pa (pro rata for part-time) - senior social worker - £40,221 with the opportunity to progress to £44,428 pa (pro rata for part-time) £1,000 welcome payment, relocation package and car lease schemes (terms apply).

Job Duties:
We are looking for social workers to join our older people, adult disability, integrated discharge service, Autism, safeguarding and connected lives gateway teams.
Newly qualified social workers:
If you have recently completed your social work degree, you'll be enrolled onto our assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE) programme, with all the benefits and support available for a newly Qualified Social Worker.

Fixed Term and/or Secondment: This is a Fixed Term or Secondment vacancy. Driving Roles Only: As part of this role, you will be required to travel to other HCC Sites/Residences either using your own mode of transport or a company car. In light of this, the ability to drive and/or travel around the County is required for this role a DVLA check will be required on appointment.
