ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for Recovery Workers with experience working with people who have complex needs to support our service. You will be a part of the recovery network we provide to help individuals and families with complex needs back into the community. We have two residential services in Luton and there will be opportunities across the different sites for work with the Resident and Participant groups in our service.
Rota: Flexible shift patterns.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
Bridge House Luton delivers accommodation-based housing related support to homeless families in Luton. The service has 7 units of accommodation that can comprises of:
Our service is designed to work with families to gain the valuable skills required to end the cycle of homelessness and enable future independently sustained living. Support is provided in a flexible, individualised approach so that families can progress in a way that suits both parent and child’s needs whilst in a safe and stable environment.
Assistance can range from basic interventions and guidance around resettlement and gaining/sustaining independent living to more intense support in areas such as
Biscot House Luton delivers accommodation based/housing related support to single men aged 18+. The service has 9 units of accommodation (including disabled access).
Our service aims to support those with Housing Support needs and low support needs such as:
Biscot House provides a supportive base to gain the skills and confidence to secure and maintain appropriate future living in the community – this may be independent or long term supported accommodation. The assistance provided by Biscot House is led by the individual and varies from basic interventions and guidance around resettlement and gaining/sustaining independent living.
Biscot House provides support for clients to end the cycle of homelessness. Staff and residents work together to create a fun, vibrant and service user focused home, in which to develop vital skills and confidence to live in the community.
