You will be supported in providing leadership, management, and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high quality, strengths based social care services. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting, leading and managing the development of skilled and confident practitioners.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide leadership, management, and guidance to a team of social workers, support coordinators and therapists including Senior Practitioners and Assistant Community Service Managers.
- Nurture excellent relationships with partners especially health partners.
- To ensure the person receives a high quality, strengths based social care service, supporting their journey through hospital, returning to the local community.
- To ensure the delivery of a responsive and timely service.
- To promote, lead and manage the development of excellent and confident practitioners.
