The role will require you to help develop and shape our service improvement plan, to reduce Anti-Social Behaviour and criminal activity in our neighbourhoods. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be a strong people manager, able to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills and an ability to manage a complex workload while meeting tight deadlines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>It’s important that you’re confident and have excellent negotiation, influencing and organisational skills to achieve the best results for residents. Stakeholder management and partnership development is also key to this role. Having an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is also essential. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Residents are the most important part of our business and as a member of the Housing Management division, it’s vital that you display passion and commitment, to lead and deliver excellent service, every time.
