The Governing Body of Overchurch Infant School wish to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic and inclusive EYFS / KS1 teacher to join our team.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a child centered and skilled practitioner with a strong commitment to inclusive education to join our 3-form entry team.

 

This post is initially fixed term for 1 year starting in September 2025 but could be made permanent in the future.

The ideal candidate will:

 

Be an exceptional classroom practitioner, with experience of maximising progress for all children from their initial starting points.

 

Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusion and securing the best possible outcome for all children.

 

Be an inspirational and enthusiastic educator with the ability to successfully lead a foundation subject across the school.

 

Have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Framework and KS1 National Curriculum.

 

Have experience in working closely and collaboratively with support staff, outside agencies and families.
