The roles:

As the Team Manager for Care Leavers, you will supervise a team of Personal Advisors who support young people who have left care up to the age of 25, in line with legislation. Our team works with young people aged 16-25 and also collaborates with social workers who support most 16-18-year-old children in care to help plan transitions into adulthood.

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Leaving Care legislation, good practice, and guidance, as well as Children in Care legislation. A passion for what it is to be a corporate parent and supporting care-experienced young people is vital for this role.

For the second Team Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 16 Plus Social Workers and USAC Social Workers. Previous experience in this area is essential.

There is a stable and very experienced Senior Leadership Team in Halton, with supportive and nurturing Service Managers working in our looked after service.

The advertised salaries are inlcusive of a market supplement of £8,420. Market Supplement's may be subject to early removal should there be rational to do so.
