Our team works with young people aged 16-25 and also collaborates with social workers who support most 16-18-year-old children in care to help plan transitions into adulthood.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of Leaving Care legislation, good practice, and guidance, as well as Children in Care legislation. A passion for what it is to be a corporate parent and supporting care-experienced young people is vital for this role.\nFor the second Team Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 16 Plus Social Workers and USAC Social Workers.
