About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Home Ownership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective processing of Major Works applications, s20 consultations, cost calculations, and billing. You will work proactively to meet performance targets while delivering a relational, person-centred service. This includes managing disputes, supporting income collection, and collaborating with colleagues across Housing and Repairs to offer a seamless service to leaseholders. Additionally, you may represent the team in tribunals and court hearings when necessary, providing essential evidence to support enforcement actions.
