About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a team focused on providing clear communication and expert advice around Leasehold Service Charges. You’ll take ownership of both informal and formal queries and disputes, working proactively to resolve them while ensuring transparency. Collaborating with other Camden teams, you will help provide residents with the support and information needed to address Service Charge concerns, all while meeting performance targets and supporting income collection. Your work will contribute to delivering a relational, person-centred service that reflects Camden's commitment to its community.
