About the role
Predominantly working from the Warren Lane Depot, the role is to provide an efficient administration in line with the business needs of the Operational, Waste and Building Maintenance services.
The successful applicant will be working in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will play a key role in supporting the most visible services that we provide to resident in the District. The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues from different teams across the council and will receive training to enable you to deliver your role,
Who we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are well organised and can remain calm, focused and professional when under pressure.
- Have worked in a customer service facing role and have excellent communication skills.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Know how to maintain databases, manage cases like complaints and analyse information.
- Have excellent customer service skills and can build and maintain relationships, comfortable talking with colleagues at all levels.
- Are confident to challenge information provided to you as part of your role and to carry out further investigations into matters.
- Are comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time role, and applicants must demonstrate they meet the criteria of the role as described in the Role Specification.
