Box Office Assistant
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong background in customer service to join our Box Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the theatre, providing exceptional customer service while contributing to the commercial success of our venue.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive and engaging approach to customer interactions, strong technical skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure then we want to hear from you.
This dynamic role offers a rewarding environment for individuals with a passion for theatre. Working under the Box Office Manager, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, primarily via phone and email, while actively contributing to sales targets through upselling. Additionally, you will provide accurate reporting for the wider Culture team and support initiatives to maximise attendance across all TWBC venues. The role primarily operates Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday shifts when performances are scheduled. Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts will be required on show nights.
