We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead and manage our talking therapy service within Early Help. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions for children, young people and their families.
As the Team Manager you will lead and supervise a team of talking and play therapists ensuring high standards of trauma-informed practice and service delivery. You will oversee evidence based therapeutic interventions, address case management issues, and ensure effective delivery through the development of policies and procedures.
The role involves fostering a positive team culture, supporting staff development and building strong relationships with other agencies. Additionally you will manage a small caseload of complex cases, ensuring personalised intervention plans and regular reviews are in place to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
If you are registered with an appropriate professional body (BACP, UKCP, HCPC) and hold a recognised qualification in a relevant therapeutic discipline we would love to hear from you.
