Patches are being designed to align with local authority areas and are expected to cover around 500 – 600 homes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The successful candidate should:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should be good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.</li>\n<li>You’ll be able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination.
