This is a truly exciting opportunity for an existing or aspiring Primary Teacher.</p>\n<p>You will be able to plan and deliver stimulating and challenging lessons whilst setting appropriate and challenging work for all abilities. The school is looking for someone who is committed and ambitious for their own professional development.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a background in SEND (but this is not a requirement). We are looking for someone who is qualified to lead our SEND provision and fulfil responsibilities in the role of SENDCO. We have a relatively small level of pupils registered as SEND across the school and already a small team of SEND assistants who support pupils. You will be responsible for lesson planning and preparation, assessment, exam preparation, and providing continuous support to students to develop their knowledge and skills. </p>\n<p>You will have expert understanding of the curriculum area, which may be supplemented by relevant industry or professional experience, as well as a formal certificate that supports this knowledge.
