You will lead on marketing and new lettings, assignments, sub-lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and re-gearing of leases, to ensure that the estate income of £2m pa is maximised. You will advise council tenants, officers, members and the public, as required, on the Council’s land and property interests, rights and responsibilities.
