These are voluntary positions; however, appointed members will be issued with a council device allowing them to access all on-line papers and are also able to claim mileage and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. </p>\n<p>Anyone interested in this role must submit an application to the council demonstrating how you meet the essential and desirable criteria.
