The role covers L&Q’s South East London patch. Working within Bromley, Lewisham and the surrounding area.</p>\n<p>You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover reactive repairs. You will be responsible for circa 10 Multi trade and Specialist Maintenance Operatives who work across the Neighbourhood. The role reports to the Maintenance Team Manager.</p>\n<p>You will also have links to the wider business area and will liaise with the Housing Management and Caretaking teams as well as the Planning and Scheduling team, Contact Centre and other Supervisors to ensure consistency in service delivery. <br><br>L&Q prides itself on high levels of professional, customer focused service and we expect our Supervisors to lead by example. Ensuring that everything they do is with our residents’ satisfaction and best interests in mind. As a people manager, you will role model a positive mindset to ensure that the team also have the same ethos and share and demonstrate our values. This key role reports to the Partnership Manager and will be part of our East Region delivery team, covering properties in East London and Essex.</p>\n<p>The role involves the day-to-day management of large scale Planned Works programmes via Delivery Partner contractors. Works may include Internal programmes of Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades, External programmes of window & door replacements, roofing, fabric repairs and Cyclical Decorations, M&E upgrading programmes and energy efficiency retrofit works etc.</p>\n<p>To be successful in the role you will need to be a team player but willing and able to take ownership of your designated workstreams with the ability to identify and work pro-actively to remove blockages to Programme delivery.</p>\n<p><strong>You will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of managing Delivery Partner contractors to deliver project workstreams within the agreed Budget and planned Timescales.</li>\n<li>Relevant technical experience in planned maintenance and property upgrading works.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations.
