You will lead the team in delivering a planned preventative maintenance and ensure statutory compliance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
You will provide essential training including conducting toolbox talks, and ensure our engineering staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the required services. Leading critical projects to enhance customers’ satisfaction and operational excellence, you will drive improvements and innovation. You will manage contractors to deliver services and projects on time and within budget, ensuring value for money. Your role includes inspecting building repairs and maintenance, specifying and managing works, and maintaining high standards through clear reporting. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures, managing performance, and controlling quality assurance are key aspects of your role. You will also plan and deliver minor building works to improve educational environments, and lead condition surveys of TRA buildings, ensuring Council assets comply with legislation.
