We provide the front door service for children in need and those in need of protection.</p>\n<p>We have a large MASH Team with 2 Team Managers and 5 Assessment and Intervention social work teams, and as the Team Managers you will be responsible for leading Social Workers and Advanced Practitioners in your teams specialising in either Child in Need, Child Protection or Children in Care cases. You will ensure that the team is supported and all interventions being undertaken are planned, purposeful and focussed.
