Teaching staff and students will benefit from a proactive member of office staff who is able to anticipate their needs and independently develop structures that will support the smooth running of the school.</p>\n<p>Although you would not work directly with the young people in the school, you will have daily contact with them. The support and development of our student’s social skills, emotional needs and mental health is a core strand of the school’s remit. Subsequently, although you may not necessarily have experience working with this profile of young people, we require staff who understand the impact of these aspects of child development on an individual’s progress, participation and communication.
