Employees with us receive a wide range of benefits including well-being in work, financial benefits, ways of working and learning and development support.<br><br>Making A Difference as a ICT Services Support Officer in the Policy & Transformation Department.<br><br>A vacancy has become available for a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key part in the delivery of ICT services and support to our customers.<br><br>Working within the IT Technical Service Desk, you will primarily be responsible for user administration including the creation, modification and deletion of Active Directory network accounts and Microsoft Outlook email accounts as part of our Microsoft 365 environment.<br><br>The individual we’re looking for will have;<br><br>· Experience of Active Directory administration<br>· Experience of Microsoft 365 administration<br>· Experience of working within a demanding customer-focused front-line service, ideally within an IT Service Desk environment<br>· Good written, telephone and face-to-face communication skills<br>· Ability to work on your own and use your initiative and multitask<br>· Good IT skills and use of IT hardware, software operating systems and packages<br><br>It is important that you can cope with a demanding workload, work to tight deadlines, and be able to support other team members with the overall responsibilities of the service in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
