Reporting to the Director of Asset Investment, you will lead a team of 10 colleagues and oversee budgets exceeding £250m across key workstreams, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Fire, and Planned Investment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring financial and asset data accuracy, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation.

- Proven experience in leading commercial teams within similar-sized organisations.
- Expertise in financial management, forecasting, and multi-workstream budget accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with asset management and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
