Primary School are seeking to appoint a Caretaker.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The hours of work at Monday to Thursday – 6.30 am to 10.00 am and 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm and</p>\n<p>Friday 6.30 am to 9.30 am and 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The caretaker will be responsible for the care and security of the school premises, which will include</p>\n<p>opening and closing and general maintenance.   The caretaker would also be required to attend out of hours</p>\n<p>alarm call outs (call outs are rare).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The caretaker will have cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and will</p>\n<p>monitor the cleaning of the school site.  The successful candidate will be required to undertake training, for</p>\n<p>example manual handling, ladder training, electrical awareness and any other in-house training that is required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate may from time to time, be required to work overtime for after school</p>\n<p>activities for which the appropriate rate of pay will be paid.</p>\n<p>We would welcome the opportunity to meet prospective applicants, show them around our school and discuss the post further.
