SCHOOL CLEANER

15 hours per week: 4.30pm – 7.30pm Term time only

Start date : As soon as possible

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is a small friendly one-form entry primary school situated just north of Bracknell Town Centre - just a short walk away from the town centre. 

We are looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our small site maintenance team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the school i.e. classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, corridors.  This job will be physically demanding. 

You will need to show:

• Willingness to clean any area of the school as requested by the supervisor
• Good practical and flexible attitude
• Good team-working skills

Duties will include vacuuming, dusting, mopping areas across the school and cleaning of washroom areas, fixtures and fittings.

Previous cleaning experience with a good understanding of cleaning materials and equipment would be an advantage but is not essential.

The contract is for term time only with an additional 5 INSET days but there will also be some opportunities for additional hours for deep cleans during the school holidays.
