We talk with families about the things that are most important to them, what might help and what we can do differently to help them. This is how we start working together with the whole family to help get things back on track. We are committed to working with families to repair harm and relationships.</p><p><strong>Your New Role:</strong></p><p>You will provide high quality administrative support to the Early Help and Prevention Team in the Milton Park Family Hub. You will play a vital role in the administration and smooth-running of business processes throughout the Early Help and Prevention Service. You will line manage a team of Business Support Assistants, ensuring business efficiency, deploying staff where needed, and coordinating support for specific area of delivery (LGBTQ, CWD, Exploitation etc.). You will also take minutes, deal with enquiries and correspondence, place orders for goods and services, and deal with invoices. You will carrying out all necessary word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation duties, enter data into service information and caseload systems, and administer the collection and presentation of service performance information. The role is mostly office-based, with infrequent opportunities for hybrid working.</p><p><em>Please read the job profile for the full details of this role.</em></p><p><strong>What you'll need to succeed:</strong></p><p>You have experience of working in an administrative role within a busy office environment and ideally, experience of working in Children’s and/or Young People’s Services. You have demonstrable leadership in managing change and experience of line management (including performance management). You have shorthand or minute-taking skills to enable you to take concise notes/minutes in meetings. You are proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and have experience of budgetary monitoring. You have excellent communication skills, a customer-focus (internal and external) and the ability to demonstrate consistently high standards of customer care and customer service.
