Our team have been busy this year handling major applications for residential, commercial and rural proposals amongst interesting cases such as care home proposals, heritage applications and solar farms.</p>\n<p>We're a small local authority with big ambition. The post will enable the successful candidate to broaden their existing experience through different application types and scale together with the involvement of a variety of projects. We are looking for a suitably experienced, motivated individual to work on complex and challenging proposals and develop their mentoring and sign-off skills.
