Required ASAP - 32.5 hours per week - Term time only plus 5 INSET days - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
We are looking for a friendly, professional and dedicated individual to join our administrative team as an Attendance Administrator.
You will be working alongside our hardworking team to promote high levels of attendance and punctuality and support students in achieving their full potential.
The ideal candidate will possess good ICT (including Word & Excel) and communication skills and have experience of working in a busy office.
Some of the duties included in this role are:
- Provide accurate and timely monitoring reports for staff, governors & the EWO.
- Responsible for organisation and management of a high quality electronic attendance system.
- Provide external agencies with appropriate attendance details and reports.
- As required, provide administrative support to Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for attendance.
- Attend meetings with external agencies as required.
- Encourage positive responses between parents and pupils with regards to the attendance policy.
