Forestcare staff assist customers who have fallen within the community and are responsible for maintaining lifesaving equipment for vulnerable individuals in their homes. At times, our service users need extra support to live independently and manage daily challenges. Staff at Forestcare attend and assist people during their greatest time of need.  </p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service. A polite, compassionate telephone manner is essential. The ideal candidate will go the extra mile to ensure our customers are always satisfied.</p>\n<p>At Forestcare, every day is different. In our dynamic office environment, our team members provide care and support to over 30,000 service users from all walks of life. The decisions you make will directly impact the quality of life for many people.
