Following the retirement of our much valued Headteacher, the Governing Body of St George’s Catholic Primary school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Headteacher for our warm, friendly and welcoming school, who is a committed practicing Catholic.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to work in partnership with our Governing Body and dedicated staff to build on our school’s success and lead its next exciting chapter.
The Governors are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Is a practicing Catholic with a strong faith and commitment to the Catholic ethos of our school and our inclusive community
- Is an aspirational leader who can build on the excellent relationships with staff, children, parents, governors and our school community
- Has a desire to continue to build on our positive, caring and inclusive ethos, ensuring our school is a place of safety and joy
- Has an ability and desire to sustain high achievement through a rich, broad and exciting curriculum for all
- Is a role model who inspires and motivates others through their commitment, enthusiasm and dedication
- Is a skilled communicator who is able to share their vision with all school stakeholders and lead them on that journey
