We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of empathy and understanding to build relationships with customers when facing homelessness.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in problem-solving and working effectively with a diverse range of clients in a housing context. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Join our dynamic, friendly, and solution-focused Housing Options Team, dedicated to providing proactive advice and support to households facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
This fast-paced and innovative environment presents challenges but it also offers opportunities for creative problem-solving, ensuring that no two days are the same.
You will work alongside the Rough Sleeper and Single Homelessness Team whose mission is to eradicate rough sleeping in Bracknell Forest.
Interviews will be held on the 18th November 2024.
Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment.
