Foxfield School is a popular, successful and growing special school for pupils aged 11-19 who have complex leaning difficulties (SLD, PMLD, ASC). There are currently 212 pupils on roll. The School moved into new, specifically designed premises, in 2015 and has excellent facilities as well as lots of potential for future developments.

The Governors aim to appoint a new Headteacher who can provide excellent leadership to build on the School's current high standards and good reputation. The successful candidate is required to start from September 2025 or sooner and must have the skills, experience, vision and resilience to continue to take Foxfield School forward

Our new Headteacher at Foxfield School must have:
Significant experience of working with pupils who have complex learning difficulties
Good prior experience of being a successful special school leader
A strong commitment to working in partnership with Governors, pupils, parents, staff, other services and stakeholders
