Responsibilities include:
- All aspects of business rates administration, such as billing, discounts, exemptions and recovery
- Dealing with customer queries with professionalism and care, and ensuring all necessary action is taken to collect revenue efficiently and effectively and process applications for discounts and other reliefs
This is a hybrid role, with the time in the office agreed with The Revenue and Benefit Manager.
This post is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
