Are you an experienced manager who has a track record of motivating and leading a team, and striving to make continuous improvements to service delivery?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a highly organised team manager to support and develop the council’s customer services team and oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high quality service to customers in the Harborough district.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can drive a high performing culture and build strong and effective working relationships with council service areas.
