About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join our HR team, where you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions associated with a variety of employee-related activities. The team is proactive, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.
We value our diverse workforce, so effective communication skills are essential to engage with people across various service areas. You should be self-motivated, highly organised, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence in using IT systems and software, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and the ability to adapt to new ways of working, is crucial. In our fast-paced environment, the ability to manage and coordinate multiple work streams efficiently is a must.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your knowledge of HR-related topics or gain insight into a wide range of HR matters. Ideally, you will have experience working in a confidential HR environment.
As we continue to enhance our HR and payroll systems, you will have the chance to support the team in key stages of this project, including the procurement, selection, and implementation.
Our small HR team is friendly, professional, hard-working and collaborative, working together to achieve shared goals. We offer a flexible working environment, balancing time in the office and remote working from home.

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. The specific working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate, but there will be a requirement to work in the office 1 to 2 days per week.
This post is considered to be a customer-facing position. We therefore have a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken and written English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
