About the team
You will be working in a rewarding and fast paced environment, Providing Admin support to the Building Bridges Team which works alongside the Children Looked after service.
You will be providing administration support to a Multidisciplinary panel, where decisions are made regarding reunification of families.
Your responsibility will be to arrange the Panels, creating agenda's, collating updated information for panels, minute taking at panels and recording outcomes.

Our Business Support Service is a centralised unit which has been formed to deliver a co-ordinated, consistent, and high-quality service supporting service delivery across the organisation. Business Support is critical to ensuring our departments can support services to our residents, and if you have great administrative skills and a strong customer focus, you could be part of it.
You'll be working as part of the central Business Support Service with more than 400 colleagues, and you'll be supporting our departments to ensure they are able to deliver critical services to the residents of Hertfordshire.

- Proven experience in an administrative support
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a range of audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in taking notes/minute taking
- Experience in working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan own work over short timescales for routine or familiar tasks and processes and use your initiative to work independently
- GCSE or Vocational equivalent, strong numeracy, and literacy skills
- You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy in written correspondent
