We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor to join our supportive and friendly school community.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about inclusion and emotional well-being.
- Be warm, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with all members of our school family.
- Be a proactive problem solver, eager to implement new ideas and strategies.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and its importance in a school setting.
- Be capable of monitoring attendance and implementing targeted interventions to support improvement.
- Embrace and advocate a Trauma-Informed approach to support children’s emotional and social development.
- Play a key role in promoting well-being for all members of our school community.
