Reporting to the Deputy Director of Projects & Partnerships, the main responsibilities of the role are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting good and positive working relationships between Lewisham and STS </li>\n<li>Understanding Lewisham’s IT needs and seeking to ensure they can be met and applying expectation management where relevant.</li>\n<li>Offering guidance on how to engage STS and navigate processes for BAU and new initiatives. </li>\n<li>Gaining insights into the evolving pipeline of new initiatives as well as oversight of initiatives going through TDA </li>\n<li>Advisory point to STS colleagues on issues which need management visibility for example the resolution of tricky or sensitive issues or how to respond to non-standard requests from stakeholders or VIPs</li>\n<li>A level of on-site working in both Lewisham and Brent will be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The Person</strong><br><br>The ideal candidate will bring to the role: experience of building business relationships with an innovative, solution focussed mindset  with excellent written and oral communication skills also have a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and commitment for providing excellent service.</p>\n<p>Closing date: 6 December 2024 (12:00 noon)</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<br><br>Location: Brent Civic Centre and other locations from time to time <br></strong></p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested in applying for this job, please start by clicking the \"Apply Now\" button below. The Post

Shared Technology Services are looking for IT Business Relationship Manager which is a pivotal role within the shared service working with London Borough of Lewisham. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Projects & Partnerships, the main responsibilities of the role are:
