The team consists of various subject matter experts, and we collaborate closely with staff across the organisation and with our partners.</p>\n<p>The team is part of the Early Help service, which focuses on providing support to children and families in Bracknell Forest. We also maintain strong partnerships with multiple council teams and external partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.</p>\n<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>\n<ul>\n<li>To undertake and oversee comprehensive needs/risk family assessments and develop supportive interventions that reflect the needs identified in the assessment and responding appropriately to changing needs and potentially complex situations.</li>\n<li>To promote the long-term integration of families in the UK by providing a range of tailored services to them, and through working with other service providers to maximise the opportunities available to them.</li>\n<li>To establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure a high standard of service and safeguarding responsibilities to displaced families arriving in the borough.</li>\n<li>To work with other colleagues to meet the language, career and community integration needs of refugees.
