About you You will have extensive experience in successfully managing complex programmes and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, businesses, and the local community will be essential in influencing and embedding new approaches to economic growth. You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying key trends, and developing innovative solutions to drive positive change. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be expected to prepare and present reports and briefings to senior leaders, elected members, and other key stakeholders. You will be highly organised, results-focused, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities. A strong understanding of procurement, social value, economic development, regeneration and skills will be key to your success in this role.
