This will involve handling phone communication from customers to negotiate sustainable payment arrangements, dealing with written enquires, emails and face-to-face visits to the office. Also liaising with external agencies, with the Council’s enforcement agents and will need the ability to communicate sensitively, with care and empathy with a wide range of people throughout the Elmbridge Borough.</p>\n<p>Ideally you will have experience within a debt recovery environment, the confidence to be able to manage difficult conversations and refined negotiation skills to obtain the best outcome for all parties.
