You will be supported to be creative and solution-focused in responding to children's individual needs and to involve children and young people in all aspects of their care plans and the services we provide to meet their needs. </p><p><em>Please read the job profile for the full details of this role.</em></p><p><strong>What you'll need to succeed:</strong></p><p>You have a Diploma or Degree in social work and are registered with Social Work England, and you have completed your ASYE. You can demonstrate understanding of the issues which relate to children we care for. You are an excellent communicator, have excellent analytical skills, and enjoy a busy atmosphere. You understand anti-oppressive practice and have the motivation and integrity to achieve outstanding outcomes for children. You are people-focused, centring the child in any decision making, empowering them to make informed choices and respecting their needs and wishes in equal measure.
