Independent Social Workers - Adoption West

This is not a North Somerset Council vacancy and as such all correspondence must be made directly to Adoption West. The successful applicant will not be employed by North Somerset Council.

We are currently looking to increase our pool of independent social workers who are able to work with families who live within (and occasionally beyond) the Adoption West region. This includes Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire.

Work may include adoption assessments (Stage 2) linking and matching, making and supporting placements, writing Annex A reports.

You will need to be registered with Social Work England and have at least three years post-qualifying experience, preferably with experience in adoption.
