At Axis, we pride ourselves on our unique approach encapsulated in our school approach to education: "We do things differently here!" This reflects our dedication to innovation and excellence in everything that we do.
Our trust values are at the heart of everything:
Child-Centred: We prioritise the needs and well-being of our students in all our decisions and actions.
Adaptive and Sensitive to Need: We are flexible and responsive to the diverse needs of our school community, ensuring that every student receives the support they require.

You will work closely with our dedicated team to deliver and monitor the impact of individual and small group counselling sessions, support the development of a positive school environment, and assist our Designated Safeguarding Lead in addressing mental health concerns.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to join our team. We look forward to receiving your application.
Kind regards,
Mr Dan Blundred
