- Embedding commercial controls that steer budget planning and investment based on real-time data.
- Ensuring compliance and quality through robust record keeping and risk management.
- Developing and nurturing a high-performing team, empowering them to innovate and improve.
- Proven experience leading strategic change in the housing or repairs sector.
- Deep expertise in data analysis, financial oversight, and commercial programme management.
- A history of successfully managing diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder and contract management skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity and delivering tangible outcomes.
