This role is key to embedding a data-driven culture across transport strategy and delivery – ensuring decisions are rooted in robust evidence, informed by emerging trends, and evaluated against measurable outcomes.</p> <p>You will bring technical expertise in transport planning, combined with a strong command of transport and related data sources. Your work will support the council’s long-term objectives on climate action, inclusive growth, and health equity — translating complex datasets into impactful policies and engaging insights.</p> <p>This is a high-profile role, offering the opportunity to influence change at scale.
