About the role: You will be working at our established Young Persons Project near Hemel Hempstead, which offers temporary housing to young people aged 18-25. As a Housing Support Worker, you'll manage a caseload, hold weekly meetings to discuss goals, and assist young people in finding suitable accommodation when they're ready to move on. This role is pivotal in fostering personal growth, development, and resilience in the young people we support. Your work will be informed by trauma-informed principles and up-to-date safeguarding practices.
