To assist in customer, supplier and contract communication and resident engagement.<ul>\n<li>Plan, organise and deliver own work to provide effective support to the service area.</li>\n<li>Provide advice and support to colleagues, customers / stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Receive, review and respond to queries / complaints within area of responsibility.
