We have a fantastic opportunity to join our ceremonies team. Are you looking for a flexible, casual role within a supportive and professional environment? West Berkshire Council is seeking a Casual Deputy Registrar to join our Registration Team, to deliver high-quality registration services.
About the Role
As a Deputy Registrar, you will be responsible for:
- Registering marriage and civil partnership ceremonies in accordance with legal requirements
- Attending ceremonies at venues across West Berkshire
- Providing excellent customer service
It is essential that you hold the necessary skills and attributes to excel in this role, including:
- Experience working as a Registrar, with a thorough understanding of registration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a professional and empathetic service to customers
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
